Does everyone need a Sprig?+
No. Approved people can connect through the app, so a grandparent or parent doesn’t need to buy a separate Sprig.
How does Sprig connect?+
Sprig connects over Wi-Fi. Approved contacts use another Sprig or the companion app with an internet connection. It is a connected circle, not ordinary phone-number service.
Is there a monthly subscription?+
No. Sprig is a one-time product purchase with no monthly Sprig subscription. An internet connection is needed for the device and app; your usual internet or mobile data costs still apply.
